Calibratorul cu cuart este un aparat care poate genera semnale pe frecvente standard folosite la etalonarea sau verificarea etalonarii receptoarelor si in special a receptoarelor de trafic. O statie emisie-receptie de radioamator, conform reglementa-rilor in vigoare, trebuie sa aiba in dotare un astfel de aparat.
Constructia prezentata este destinata sa completeze dotarea statiei colective de emisie-receptie a Casei pionierilor din Iasi Y08KGV. Calibratorul este tranzistorizat cu alimentare proprie (doua baterii de 4,5 V legate in serie) usor de manipulat.
Ca etalon de frecventa, foloseste un cristal de cuart de 100 KHz, de constructie robusta, montat in recipient vidat. Tranzistoarele T3 si T4 sint montate intr-o schema de multi- vibrator simetric sincronizat de oscilatorul de 100 KHz si asigura divizarea 1/10. Acest etaj asigura semnale de 10 KHz, bogate in armonici. Tranzistoarele T5 si T6 folosesc la obtinerea frecventei de 1 KHz sincronizata de frecventa de 10 KHz, tot prin divizare 1/10.
Tranzistorul T7 este montat in schema de amplificator cu sarcina in emiter. Cu ajutorul comutatorului K se alege dupa dorinta frecventa de 100 KHz; 10 KHz sau 1 KHz. Cu ajutorul potentiometrului Pt3 se poate regla dupa dorinta nivelul semnalului la iesire.
Armonicile frecventelor etalon de 100 KHz si 10 KHz au fost verificate pina la frecvente in jur de 30 KHz, fiind receptionate cu tarie S9 plus. Pentru pornirea si oprirea aparatului se utilizeaza intrerupa¬torul potentiometrului Pt3.
